Endre Krogsrud
Endre Krogsrud is the head of EFI. Endre has previously worked as a consultant and financial director in the ICT sector as well as in construction and heavy industry. In addition, he has six years experience as a financial analyst and advisor at DnBNOR Markets and ABN Ambro/Alfred Berg. Endre serves as a board member of Hydra Tidal Technology AS, Small Turbine Partners AS, Solibro AB and Solibro GmbH. He holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Ola Smeby
Ola S. Smeby is Investment Manager at EFI. He has previously worked as CFO for the investment company Centennial AS and as a stock broker at Sparebanken Midt-Norge. Ola has substantial experience as a board member of Norwegian and foreign companies , and he serves as a board member of SiPro Holding AS and Nidecon OY. He holds a Master of Technology Management from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and MIT Sloan.

Harald Olderheim Harald Olderheim is Investment Manager in EFI. He has experience in the oil industry from Kværner Oil & Gas in Norway and Australia and as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. In addition, Harald has experience as founder and CEO of a start-up company which grew to 70 employees in three countries. Harald is member of the board of Single-Phase Power AS, Crystalsol OU and Compower AB. He holds a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
